In my previous role as a product manager in private health insurance, I often found myself frustrated by inefficiencies. There was always so much to do, yet the real work seemed to get left behind. Something had to change, and that sparked my interest in business process management, process analysis, and automation. Many simple, repetitive tasks consumed valuable time in daily operations, leaving little room to focus on what truly mattered.

Documenting business processes is the first step toward digitizing and simplifying daily workflows. As a second step, repetitive tasks can be automated directly from the business processes themselves, allowing teams to concentrate on critical priorities. Finally, with process mining, regular evaluation and optimization ensure long-term benefits and continuous improvement of streamlined business processes.
